3. We'll send you written confirmation for your records and arrange the other aspects of the shoot, such as photographer arrival time, design, schedule and any other matters

You will need to have handy:
- The dates you're keen on have photos done
- Your email address
- Location of the shoot
- How the photos will be paid for (invoice or order forms)
** if order forms, then we'd like an address to post order forms for the club

Once you've given us those details, we'll put them into our system if available and send you a written confirmation and arrange the photo shoot!!
