Frequently Asked Questions

When do we need to book in by?

At least 4 weeks before your desired shoot dates so we can custom print and deliver the order forms and envelopes for your members. If you’re paying on behalf of your members, about 2 weeks notice is enough time to get everything organised.

** if it’s an action only photo day, we require much more notice and help from the club in terms of marketing to your members.

Do we pay on the day, or will you invoice?

It depends on how what you choose to do:
Option 1 - We will give your members envelopes to put money in on the day (meaning the club pays $0) and we’ll give you 10% of all photo sales!
Option 2 - We will invoice your club following the shoot for $13 per team photo for every player, making it easier for your members to simply turn up and get their photo.

How long does it take to get my photos delivered?

Generally 21 days, however that depends on how long proofing takes - We send you the proofing nice and quickly, but sometimes, some team managers are a bit busy to check to ensure they’re happy... so we’ll keep following up and once it’s done, they’ll all be printed, checked and returned within 10 days.

What do WE need to do?

Once you’ve chosen your dates that you’d like photos done, simply send in our booking form (either online, fax or by post) or we can call you and grab the details to fill it out for you... then once that’s done, we’ll send out envelopes for team managers to collect (a few weeks prior to the shoot) which has all the information they need. On the day you’ll need to set aside some space for us to work our magic and then we’ll arrange proofing. Once that’s done, we’ll send your photos to your club rooms to be collected by team managers and everything is done. We’ll handle all communications with your members, because we know you’ve got plenty of more important things to do.

Do my prints come framed?

Due to the high postage costs with sending glass frames, we do not provide our items framed.  Your prints will be sent via Australia Post, packaged to avoid damage.  Posters will be delivered in a cylinder.
